"I'm a hard core food addict, volume eater, never discriminated between sugar fat salty, i ate all of it in huge quantities!"

"I'd lose weight and gain it back. Being policed into food pushed me into my food addiction, brain chemistry, much more behavioral, when you are denied food, you will seek it out."

"Biggie Rats" - People who eat (unhealthy) things and then lie about it.

"My mind is portion distortion; there is a lot of food I don't bring in my house."

"I'm Carole Klawansky and have lived more than 60 years being a slave to the scale, dieting, losing, failing and gaining. Each time I got heavier and hit my all time high of 350 lbs. in 2008-2009. In December of 2012, I began a new way of eating and living. I have maintained a 220 lb. weight loss for 4 years."
