Tracy Fettinger wants to share her journey with others so they don’t have to face MS alone. 

Tracy Fettinger was diagnosed in her mid-thirties (a very common age for MS) with what she thought at the time to be a life ending disease. She was lucky to have two family members in the medical field to help alleviate her fears and set her straight about MS not being a death sentence. She took her diagnosis and turned it into something positive not only for herself but many in her family. She now strives to do the same for others with her book. She is a public educator of over 25 years that now combines her passion for teaching with her passion for cooking and nutrition in a different kind of classroom! For years she taught kids how to read along with the other standards of the state she lived in, and now she teaches kids, teens, and adults how to cook and love their veggies! This came after her love of cooking and holistic wellness was sparked by her diagnosis of an autoimmune disease and the research that said she could deal with this holistically and naturally. These changes made such a difference in her life that she cannot help but share with others. Even before writing her book she created a class and its curriculum to help spread the word of how the food you eat can make a huge difference in your health.
